A. No. Your workers’ contracts are with Equitable, not with your company, it will therefore be fully protected.
(back to top)A. Contractors are not entitled to contractual, or statutory holiday pay.
(back to top)A. Equitable pays your contractors by BACS or Faster Payment, at a frequency you specify, within two days after receipt of funds. If, for example, they are paid weekly in arrears, if we receive funds by the Wednesday, the contractor will be paid by the Friday. This allows you to make any amendments for work, which may not have been carried out, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

A. Our fees start at £15 per contractor but may be negotiable for a large number of contractors. We accept payment by BACS or Faster Payment. There are no set up or cancellation fees.
